our plans for? If you have not been participating in any physical activity, but would like to have help getting started, or
if you are now walking, going to a gym, swimming, biking, jogging, running, and want to get involved in the sport of triathlon, or
if you are already participating in triathlons and think that you need to improve,
then we can tailor a training plan just for you, a plan that will help you realize your goals.

lifestyle plan that will help you realize your dream.
Special 2009 Ironman
Arizona Online Training Program. Limit - six clients only The plans
are course specific and will be tailored to each individual athlete participating in our IM AZ November, 2009, training
program. For out of state participants we will have a van tour of the bike course, and a bike tour of the run course, a day
or two before the event. Swimming in Tempe Town Lake is also available. Each participant must complete a background questionnaire which includes athletic history, age, family status, medical history, type of bike and other equipment, goals, description of local training areas, etc. A hold harmless waiver must be signed and a release from his/her health care provider is also required. A heart rate monitor for training is also required.

Online individual custom coaching
Feed back between you and TriRenaissance Coaching via email will be unlimited An in-depth athlete questionnaire (10 pages) must be completed. It will be specific and cover everything from your heart rate to current fitness level, lifestyle and background, medical history, time available to train, area you train in, goals, objectives, plus more - The basics needed to develop your individual plan. If your goal is to complete one sprint or Ironman distance triathlon, race for years to come on a regular basis, just loose weight, or simply want an active “stay healthy” lifestyle plan, we will customize that plan so that you can realize your goals. Our online plan can include a phone introduction, and the initial consultation in-depth questionnaire can be completed (60 – 90 minutes) during this consultation, if you would prefer that instead email. Something new! A unique service from
TriRenaissance Coaching, LLC - Simple online mentoring to supplement your present plan is also offered. We have found that
many athletes have developed their own plan, but want some guidance on various details. Mentoring - $15.00 per week four week minimum
in advance One-on-One personal individualized coaching and training program. As with all of our coaching programs an in-depth athlete questionnaire must be completed. It will be specific and cover everything from your heart rate to current fitness level, time available to train, lifestyle and background, medical history, goals, objectives, plus more - The basics needed to develop your individual plan. This will be completed during our first one-on-one start-up meeting. Our first meeting will last about 1 ½ hours.
One-on-one
individual triathlon program –monthly training and progress review sessions with coach plus online weekly schedules
- $45.00 per week four week minimum paid in advance. Additional meetings with your coach - $20.00 per half hour One-on-one swim, bike,
run, or lifestyle program – weekly schedules and monthly personal training and review session with coach - $40.00 per
